These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Roaring Strawberry website, online store, and business advertising platform. By using our services, placing an order, or joining our community, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.
1. General Information
This website is operated by Roaring Strawberry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Roaring Strawberry.
Our services include:
Selling personalized and non-personalized apparel
Providing a paid business advertising platform for women entrepreneurs
Offering content, resources, and digital support for small businesses
2. Eligibility
To use this site and make purchases, you must be:
At least 18 years of age
Legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Using accurate, complete, and current personal and payment information
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Order Process
Orders must be placed online through our website. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
3.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely via EFT , PayFast, Yoco, or other approved gateways. We do not store your card information.
3.3 Order Cutoff
Orders placed by Monday 5PM are processed that Tuesday and shipped Wednesday. Orders placed after this cutoff roll over to the following week.
4. Shipping
Shipping is available throughout South Africa only
Delivery timelines:
Main Centres: 2–4 business days from dispatch
Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch
Courier costs are calculated at checkout
You will receive tracking details once your parcel is dispatched
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Personalized Items
Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
5.2 Bulk Orders
Returns for non-personalized bulk orders are accepted within 4 days of delivery, only if there is a manufacturer’s defect. Items must be unused and in original condition.
6. Business Subscription Terms
6.1 Eligibility
Business advertising access is available to paying subscribers only.
6.2 Subscription Fee
R100 per month
Paid via PayFast
Includes unlimited ad posts, access to 10K+ members, and early access to promotions
6.3 Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, access to the advertising group will be removed if the monthly payment is not received.
6.4 Community Guidelines
Members may not:
Spam the group with repetitive or misleading posts
Post content that is offensive or harmful
Misrepresent products or services
Failure to comply may result in removal from the group without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product photos, designs, and text, is the property of Roaring Strawberry. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written consent.
8. Liability
Roaring Strawberry will not be liable for any::
Delay in delivery due to courier issues, load shedding, or force majeure
Loss or damage arising from improper use of products
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of those changes.
