Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

At Roaring Strawberry, we’re committed to making your order process as clear and seamless as possible from placing your order to receiving your delivery. Please review our full policy below.


Order Processing Timeline

Orders close every Monday at 5PM 

🛒 Orders are processed every Tuesday at the warehouse. 

🚚 Orders are shipped every Wednesday with the Courier Guy.

Orders placed after Monday 5PM will roll over to the following week’s cycle.Payment needs to reflect in the bank account by Monday 5PM.

Please ensure all order and personalization details are correct before confirming your purchase.


Courier Only Delivery 

Although we are based in Pretoria, our orders are fulfilled and shipped from Johannesburg and Cape Town.
All orders are shipped via trusted national courier services.


Shipping Areas

We ship throughout South Africa, including:

  • Major cities: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein

  • Regional towns and outlying areas (delivery times may vary) and additional costs.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Main Centres: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please allow extra time during public holidays, load shedding, or courier delays.


Delivery Fees

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply for selected campaigns or qualifying bulk orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please review your order carefully before confirming payment, especially when placing personalized orders.


Returns & Refunds

Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturer’s defect or a mistake on our part.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect size, colour, or print due to an error made by Roaring Strawberry

  • Faulty stitching or damage related to the manufacturing process

Personalized items must be checked upon receipt and reported within 48 hours.


Bulk Orders (Non-Personalized)

For bulk orders that are not personalized, returns will be accepted within 4 days of delivery only if:

  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect. 

  • Incorrect item received.

Courier return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


How to Log a Return

  1. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos.

  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

  3. Once the warehouse has received the return the refund will take 7-10 Business days.
